Wetlands permits may be printed from the State Department of Environmental Services website at www.des.state.nh.us. They include: Standard Dredge and Fill Permits, Minimum Impact Expedited Applications and Expedited Seasonal Dock Notification forms.
There is a $10 filing fee payable to Town of Hopkinton.
Be sure to include the appropriate State filing fee per the Fee Schedule (see website).
Bring the completed application and all attachments with four (4) additional copies to the Town Clerk’s office. The Town Clerk will submit the application to the State. The copies will be mailed to the Board of Selectmen, Hopkinton Conservation Commission, and the Hopkinton Planning Board. One will remain on file with the Clerk.
