Resident “Pistol Permit” Applications
In accordance with State Law, Chapter 159, Pistols and Revolvers, the Chief of Police is authorized to issue a Pistol/Revolver License to Hopkinton residents. This license authorizes the applicant to carry a loaded pistol/revolver. The license is valid for four years and renewable in the license holder's birth month.
