Use of Conservation Funds for Land Acquisition
The Conservation Commission and Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom to receive public comment as required by NH RSA 36-A:5 concerning the Conservation Commission using funds from the Conservation Fund to acquire property on Beech Hill Road shown on the Town of Hopkinton on the tax map as Map/Lot 259-029-000. The acquisition of property requires Select Board approval.
