Contoocook Village Precinct Commissioners

The Contoocook Village Precinct is a politically independent subdivision of the Town of Hopkinton, just like the Hopkinton School District.  The Town of Hopkinton provides this page as a courtesy to the Precinct.

Water System Operations:  Effective January 1, 2024, Pennichuck Water Service Company (PWSC) is the primary operator of the Contoocook Village Precinct public water system.

Water Related Issues:  For any water related issue, please first contact Water Commissioner Chris Boudette at (603) 491-5040 or Mike Metcalf at (603) 496-9850.  If both Chris and Mike are unavailable, please call the PWSC 24 hour emergency line at (603) 913-2370.

Title/Closing Companies:  For a final water meter read on a property, please email a written request to Town Clerk/Tax Collector (tctc@hopkinton-nh.gov), at least one week prior to your closing date, with the following information:

New owner information

Closing date and contact information for the closing company
