The Town of Hopkinton sewer system provides waste disposal in portions of Contoocook.

Title/Closing Companies:  For a final water/sewer meter read on a property, please email a written request to Town Clerk/Tax Collector (tctc@hopkinton-nh.gov), at least one week prior to your closing date, with the following information:

• Current owner information
• New owner information
• Closing date and contact information for the closing company

Select Board Adopts New Sewer Rates

After a Public Hearing on Monday, May 11, 2026, the Hopkinton Select Board voted to increase the sewer rates effective immediately following the next meter reading. 

The sewer rate changes below will be effective on your next Sewer/Water bill this fall. Here are the new rates.
