Pursuant to the Municipal Finance Act, RSA Chapter 33, specifically RSA 33:8-a, the Hopkinton Select Board will hold a public hearing to discuss the issuance of bonds or notes in an amount not to exceed $2,200,000 for the purpose of rehabilitating existing town roads, bridges, and culverts.
